Please be kind to answer this:

Why is it always said that in your nonfertile days, your chances of getting pregnant is VERY LOW? Why wouldn't just say you have NO CHANCE of getting pregnant?

This is disturbing me because IS THERE A PERCENTAGE OF EVEN 1% of getting pregnant in women's nonfertile days (say, 5 days before of after the ovulation)?
