There are some pregnancy yoga tapes (DVDs) out there. I've been doing one 3 days or so a week (it's 45 min). I notice alot more back pain when I haven't done it for a few days. I'm 24 weeks now. I had a lot of "discomfort" early on. Hope you feel better - if you do go with the yoga make SURE you get a pregnancy version as some of the positions and twists aren't recommended for pregnant women.
