Becoming pregrantFrom: Elisa (anonymous@obgyn.net)Sat, 28 Sep 2002 21:12:57 -0500 (CDT)
I have krohn's disease. I was operated on in September 2001 when one day I awoke with terrible pain in my stomach, I went to emergency and was operated on that same day for a small perforation in the small intestine and 18 inches of my small intestine was removed. I want to become pregnant, but I am concerned that my filopian tubes were scarred due to the peritonitis, and I will have to resort to invitro to become pregnant. Is this true, and what are my options, I am 29 yrs. old.
