I don't know that this is helpful to you or not. But i had an u/s done this past thursday and it did show the gestational sac in the uterus. (9 mm) no fetal pole..but by the u/s calculation i was 5w2d. If it is unusal pain or enough pain to cause you concern.. in my opinion, I would go if I were you.
