I've been charting my bbt for 25 days. 9 days ago, my temperature dropped and then spiked up and stayed up for 7 days. Then it went down below the cover line for 2 days in a row. Based on the spike and higher temperatures (as well as cramping in my side), I thought I ovulated. But from what I read in the archives, the temp. is supposed to stay elevated until AF. Mine only stayed elevated for 7 days and I haven't had AF yet. Does this mean I didn't ovulate? Thanks! It's been 12 weeks since my miscarriage and I was really hoping that I finally ovulated.
