I am 5w4d after IVF and am scarred i have an ectopic. I have a history of a previous Ectopic and only had two hcg draws which more than doubled, however, today i started to have some brief and faint sharp pains on my left side. if i went to the ER can an u/s show anything yet? i am scheduled for an u/s on tuesday but i don't think i can wait (emotionally). i just don;t want to get myself in worse shape by going too early and then being told that they can not see a fetal pole ect until 6wks. thanks, cicely
