last night i choked for less than a minute while having dinner, it caused a sharp cramp in the uterus(?)that lasted only long enough to be noticed, perhaps a couple of seconds. i felt fine afterwards and had a good spell of nausea this morning, which was reassuring. can something like this (or coughing hard) harm am embryo?? many thanks.
