worried about menopause at 27

i read that there is a link between thyroid problems and early menopause..is this because of the body using the sex hormones to keep functioning?

does this usually occur in severe or prolonged cases?

if treated is the chance of early menopause reduced greatly?

i am so worried as we plan other children!
