If your cervix points downwards (backwards when you are standing) it means your uterus is anteversed (tilted forward, the normal position for 2/3 of the women). The best esxual position is the one you prefer, no pain and pleasure means enjoyable sex and the more you have sex, the more you may be pregnant.
