Ok this is going to sound silly but I've been so worried. I was late for my period about 2 months or so ago I've taken 3 pregnancy tests and they have all shown positive. I have not had my period since then and it is not usual for me to miss a period although I have before due to stress. Also I have gained 15 to 20 pounds when I've maintained my weight for the last 4 or 5 years. I go to the bathroom 15 times a day or more, my breasts are very tender, I'm extremely emotional and I have to eat first thing when I wake up along with other symptoms. There's probably no way I've just led myself into believing I am pregnant is there? Please respond A.S.A.P
