I am scheduled for a transvaginal ultrasound when I am about 7 weeks pregnant and have three questions about it. Thank you in advance for any responses.

1. Will this present any danger to my baby?

2. Can I expect spotting afterwards?

3. What exactly can be determined about the baby using this test?
