If you can get in quicker, yes. At 5 weeks pregnant, you are only about 17 weeks late for your first visit. The best time is around 3 months prior to conception. That way many things can be checked for and preventive eactions taken prior to pregnancy. Don't worry, about 99.95% of all pregnant women today are just as late or even later than you are.
