hello, could i ask for some informed advice regarding anti thyroid hormones and trying to conceive? do ALL women with these hormones have difficulty/inability to conceive or miscarriges associated?

Also, is it easier to conceive again once a healthy pregancy achieved? (did not have antibodies then, unsure if have them now).

I ask as I am 12 weeks postpartum and have borberline high T4 and low TSH levels ? pp thyroiditis and I desperately want siblings for him in a couple of years.
