Hi Jenny, I know you wanted a Dr to respond so sorry for butting in. There are two different dates when referring to your pregnancy. The beginning of your pregnancy is actually figured from the beginning of your last menstrual period. That means, for computational purposes, you are pregnant 2 weeks before you actually conceive. However when they do the first ultrasound, they measure the baby, thus giving you the "true" conception date of the fetus and a more accurate due date. Hope this helps a little
