I'm assuming you have a E coli vaginal infection, which is realtively common, and that you are on antibiotics. The antibiotics being transmitted thru breast milk can lead to diarrhea. If you are using good hygeine and washing your hands, it is unlikely your daughter has E Coli. Certainly, if her diarrhea continues, or if she develops a fever, she must see her pediatricians
