By ESR I presume you mean Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate: high ESR usually translates to an inflammatory process due to infection or some forms autoimmune diseases. If any of these processes affect your reproductive organs in one way or the other, male fertility will be affected. High prolactin is one of the causes of female infertility. This is usually resolved, depending on it's cause, by medication, with the subsequent return of fertility.
