The first day of my last period was at 26 July 2002. Some days ago (27/8/02 8.00am) I had an HCG test and found out that I am pregnant (HCG 2600). My usual cycle is 24 days (last menstrual cycle - the one before conception - lasted 28 days - I had an HCG test then and was negative). Yesterday (30/8/2002, 16:00) I had another test to follow up pregnancy and found an HCG level of 13800. Is it too high ? Should I worry because of that raise ? Is there a risk of molar pregnancy or could it be a sign of twin pregnancy ? I am 31 years old with a free medical or ob/gyn history and I have no other children. Should I have follow up with other lab tests or it is OK? Preg Ques
