How Quick Is Sperm?

Hello Doctors and Friends, I heard somewhere that If you get up out of bed Immediately that Sperm doesn't have enough time to swim to fertilize the egg? I heard that you need to lie in bed after intercourse at least 10 minutes, so the Sperm has time to reach the Egg? Is there any truth to that? I am trying to conceive and many times we make love in the morning and then get up right after because we need to get ready for work. Thanks for the advice and answers in advance. Sincerely Sandra
