Not a doctor- but Turner Syndrome is a chromosomal problem. It occurs when there is only 1 X chromosome for the sex chromosomes. Normal females have 2 X chromosomes, and normal males have an X and a Y chromosome. There are web sites describing the symptoms and difficulties people with Turner's face.

Good luck!
