I just started taking Zithromax (Z-Pack) for a sinus infection. I usually end up with a yeast infection after taking any antibiotics. My doctor told me I could use Monistat or he would call in a prescription for Diflucan if I would prefer to use that. Of course I would much rather take the Diflucan because it is a lot less worry but I want to do what is best for the baby.
