I just had an endometrial biopsy done and what the doctor and infomation I received stated that there is no increased chance of miscarriage during the cycle the biopsy is preformed. Hope this helps, also they told me to take motrin or advil about an hour before the test to help with cramping. It is an uncomfortable procedure, but only for about 10 seconds and then I was fine.
