I had a missed miscarriage at four months. Baby had died at 12 weeks with no symptoms. I had a d&c and just today received the fetal tissue results. Chromosomes were normal and my doctor said the termination was most likely a problem with my placenta. What problems occur with the placenta? And, are there vitamins/supplements I might take to decrease this happening in the future? Thank you.
