Trends to do IUI with natural cycles to avoid hyperstimulation is accepted standard for infertility treatment,Also the size in natural cycle for the mature follicle varies from 15 to 17mm.I think better to measure progesterone on day 22 to assess the ovulation&to do serum level of HCG on day 26-27 to see if there is any chmemical pregnancy.
