I am 36 weeks pregnant with my 6th child. You would think I know by now but... I have been in PTL since 26 weeks and am currently off of the trib. Today, I have notice very little fetal movement (averaging very mild kicks about every 4-5 hours). I have also had some mild lower abdominal cramps which feel achey but not at all rythmic. I am supposed to go on a day trip tomorrow, about 3 hours from home, and am wondering if I should cancel. I am mostly concerned with the lack of movement which I know can be a sign of distress. Should I call my dr? or wait it out?
