Two things to keep in mind:1.) some states have laws mandating that insurers cover certain fertility treatment- I don't know if NC is one. In some of these states HMO's are exempt from this law.

2.) Your husband's employer may have a plan with Cigna that differs from other Cigna Plans in NC;you have to read the actual policy as Rachael suggests. Good luck!
