My cycle is a bit irregular but I typically menstruate every 32-35 days. My question is that a doctor once posted a message that stated that if you are trying that you should have sex every other day on days 10 through 20 of your cycle. When do I start counting...at the end or beginning of menses? Thank you in advance for your assistance.
