Fetal asphyxia and trauma are the major potential hazards of breach delivery to the baby and maternal trauma and emeregency anaesthesia leads to major morbididty to the mother. In your case with previous caesarean section, rupture uterus is another risk.Also your previous saesarean was because cephalopelvic disproportion which indicate saesarean section even if the baby is cephalic presentation.Elective caesarean section is indicated in your situation.
