Zyrtec may be harmful to your baby as it passes through breast milk. yOU MAY WISH TO SUSPEEND THE USE OF THE MEDICATION A COUPLE OF WEEKS BEFORE YOU ARE DUE. THE NASAL GEL (ZICAM) SEEMS TO BE REASONABLELY SAFE TO USE DURING PREGNANCY AND BREASTFEEDING, SO TRUST YOUR PHYSICIAN'S RECOMENDATION.
