I am always very regular (every 27-29 days) but this month I am so far 10 days late. The last HPT I took was Friday morning and it too was NEG. What could be causing such a delay in my period if I am NOT pregnant. I have 3 children so I know how my body reacts to pregnancy and I have NO symptoms that I am aware of. At what point should I contact my ob/gyn? What type of tests will they do? I am sure a serum pregnancy, correct? Thanks.
