I helped my husband paint my son's room today using Acrylic Latex paint. I wore a mask (most of the time) and we opened a window with a ceiling fan on. But I was still able to smell the paint.

I've read the archives regarding use of paint while pregnant and from what I can gather it's not as harmful as I many think. But instead of asking a doctor if it's safe, I'd like to reword the question and ask......

At what point should a pregnant woman be concerned while using paint? Just how much paint and what type of paint could cause harm to the fetus?
