clotting still after loss of baby

I recently lost my son at 18 weeks. I have been bleeding (I know that is normal. However, I am passing a clot once a day that is red/purple and rubbery. About the size of a golf ball. Is this tissue, uterine lining or just blood clot? It has been almost 7 days since this happend. I had no D&C because I delivered everything at once. I know to expect bleeding but have never had this before. Also I have Factor V and not on heparin now just baby asprin. Sorry so long, but Thanks Anyway,
