Hello Lynn,
I also have PCOS.it is important to note that ovarian drilling involves
damaging your ovary, which if itwent wrongcould for ever damage your
fertility. I would be extremely cautious to do this surgery, which to
my understanding is a bit out dated. Just to raise some hope for you..I
have never had a period on my own. Am now 20 weeks pregnant after my
second cycle with injectables and taking metformin. If I were you I
would investigate other medications for your fertility before invasive
surgery.
