I have been charting and checking my cervical position, I looked in the archives and couldnt find anything specifically on what i am look for.. maybe i wasnt looking in the right place but I have a few questions:

1. when charting bbt, does the rise come before or after you ovulate? If i have intercourse the day before the rise would that be considered "good timing"?

2. when charting cervical position; the cervix appears to be open but my cm is just wet not egg white. Does that mean anything? Also do i have sex when the cervix is open?
