I have been trying for a baby for two years after 2 live children and 4 losses without problems before trying to conceive,I have been diagnosed with APA. The doctor wants me to do a Lap but having had one years ago found it very painful and would rather a HSG.........if i was to have the Lap and something wrong is found surgery would be redone on another day meaning two OP's that i am not happy about. Is there a great difference between the two when looking for blockages and adhesions??And can you determine the state of your unterine lining with a lap? Please advise. Thank you Deni in London
