---I agree that you should talk to your doctor about this. With my last pregnancy, I had to have my gallbladder removed at 30 weeks. The "tip off" my doctor said was the yellow vomit. HOWEVER - I started getting morning sickness around my 12th week with my current preg. and if my tummy was empty (in the am) the vomit was yellow bileish too, when I asked my OB about it he said it was just normal for an empty tummy sometimes if you vomit really hard.
