Strange miscarriage or not?

I found out I was pregnant, and 7 days later started to have spotting. I did a preg test on day 1 and it was positive until day 3 where it was completely negative. On the second day I had a little bleeding (a usual period for me is 7 days long and very heavy), and on the 3rd day the bleeding stopped. (I had no pain or clots during the bleeding).

I have had 4 days without bleeding now, and my doctor had done a blood hcg test, and i'm awaiting the reults.

My periods have been regular for 5 months now after the birth of my last baby who is almost 1.

I think the amount of bleeding and the duration of bleeding is strange for me, I have never had aperiod like it.

Could I still be pregnant? Or do I have a missed miscarriage?
