Yes.

Mainly related to if you get a sexually transmitted disease while you have the IUD in. The IUD will make the STD worse and destroy the tubes more than would have happened otherwise.

Excellent. 1 pregnancy per 100 woman-years of use.

Not unless you get an STD.
