Once you have reached 200 pounds there is no need tro gain weight during pregnancy. Losing significant amount of weight is not good. As weight loss occurs your body becomes more acidotic and that isn't good for the baby. If hte above weights are at 4 week intervals, I wouldn't consider it to be significant.
