Would it be possible to conceive on your period, 4-5 days at the start of your cycle? What are the odds?

Also, on a ultrasound scan they said I was 7.1 days LMP. I saw the embryo (measured 9.6MM-CRL) with a beating heart and getational sac, but I did not see the yolk sac??? Where could it have been? Is 9.6MM about right for 7.1LMP?
