First of all, if you don't want to get pregnant or an STD, the penis should never touch your genitals without a condom. Many STDs can be spread that way. Also, the clear fluid that come out before ejaculation contains millions of sperm, which CAN swim up inside your vagina. Secondly, a condom should never be taken off and then put back on again - EVER. It does not sound likely at all that you would have gotten pregnant from this encounter - you are lucky this time. You can be a virgin and get pregnant and STDs, so wear a CONDOM, and when you plan to actually have sex, see a doctor about birth control.
