It is VERY unlikely that you would have gotten pregnant. First because your had sex 2 days before your period was due - hard to get pregnant at that time of the month. Second, because you got your period. If you really want peace of mind - do a home pregnancy test. If the test is negative, which I am sure it will be, you should see a doctor about your symptoms.
