If she was taking the pill faithfully then she probably isn't pregnant but of course as you know it isn't 100% effective. Breast changes can be caused by the pill. If she doesn't get her period in a couple more days, you could try another pregnancy test. And if you are still worried about the possibility, you could get a blood pregnancy test done.
