Is breast tenderness in only one breast okay??

I have had every sign and symptom that I am pregnant during the past week--although it is too soon to test (period isn't due until the 26th). The week before my period is due I get horrible headaches that last all week and at the end of the week I end up sleeping for like a whole day (which I did on Saturday and part of yesterday), I've had the slightest hint of nausea (which gets worse the week after my period is due) and breast tenderness. The only thing, this time (being my 4th pregnancy), one of my breasts is much more tender than the other. Is this okay or should I contact my doctor about this? It feels very full while the other is just a little tender without the fullness feeling. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank You! Ange
