blood test after birth for trisomy 18 or Downs?

I didn't have an amnio during pregnancy and I'm in my 40's. My baby is developmentally slower (but not by much). She has an umbilical hernia and a double ureter, and her eyelids seem "droopy". But other than that, she doesn't have any physical attributes for Down's or anything else. I know that a double ureter and an umbilical hernia are sometime present with babies that have Trisomy 18 (at least that is what I read).

Is there a simple blood test that can be done on my baby to see if she has Down's or Trisomy 18?

Are there milder forms of Trisomy 18 which the child can survive? I hardly know a thing about the condition but I read it is usually fatal by 12 months of age. Am I misinformed? I am absolutely terrified now. I hope you can answer my questions and reassure me. Thank you for your time.
