I am only 5 months pregnant. I have normal symptoms, like swollen breasts, nausa, but I am having a really bloated cramping feeling and now diarreha. I am guessing I just have a bug, but I don't know. Is this something to worry about? I am hoping it is not a sign of miscarriage. It sure is miserable with all of my already not feel good syptoms. Do I need to go to the doctor or just take some gas-x and not eat much? Will the baby get enough nutrients?
