Jennifer-

Not everyone has the same view that you take, and it is very, very important to remember that. You personally may feel that abortion is murder, but that doesn't make it so, nor does it make it the law, either. You say you do not want to sound harsh or judgmental, but you do.

And as for the religious twist you put on it, again, not everyone has the same viewpoint that you do, and you have no idea, when you post on this forum, if people are of a likemind to you. There were posts already in response to your last multiple posting.

Your Creator, or the deity you believe in, may make you think that it is wrong to peacefully terminate a life of a baby with no hope for meaningful survival outside the womb, but there are other religious and non-religious traditions that would disagree with you.

Whatever the original poster decides to do, it is a decision that she will not take lightly, and will arrive at with careful thought and consideration.

If you were allowed to think things through, and come to your own conclusion regarding your situation, no matter how you are handling it now, why is she not afforded the same courtesy, or ability to think it through for herself?

If you became depressive after the loss of your child, then I urge you to seek counseling, or find a support group to talk these issues through. I haven't had a late termination, but a late term stillbirth, and I truly understand the value of allowing oneself to heal, as well as surrounding oneself with support and consideration to get through it and come out on the other side.

Peace to you.
