possible to bf again 9 months after weaning?

I've checked the archives on this one-- I'd like to re-breastfeed my son, who is 15 months old and has a neuromuscular disease which affects his metabolism (breastmilk has been recommended). I breastfed him exclusively for his first 7 months, then weaned, but I still secrete what looks like colostrum and milk (in small quantities). Is it possible to breastfeed again? Are there hormones to help milk production or should I just pump to see what happens? I imagine that starting the Pill would not be a good idea... Could he still benefit from my antibodies as he did the first go 'round?

Thank you!
