Dear Doctors, I am 38 and this is my 2nd pregnancy. My first ended in a blighted ovum(s) 1/02-twins. I am now 6 weeks 3 days by the calendar. The U/S at 6 wks menstrual showed a gestational sac measuring 5 wks 3 days. There were no contents seen. Is this another BO or is it possible it is too small to see? It was a transvaginal U/S. The technician let on that there should be a yolk sac, we did not see anything. How much normal variation is there in the rate of development? Why doesn't the menstrual calendar match the size of the sac? I know when I ovulated due to pain and LH surge. I couldn't be off more than 2 days-I think. Please help if you can I am driving myself crazy wondering. My hCG levels are: 13dpo-22 15dpo-59 22dpo-1514 26dpo-4390 29dpo-7236 Thank you so much for your help- Andrea
