It's late and the doctor's office is closed, so I just wondered if these signs I have are something I should be concerned about. I am abt 24 weeks pregnant with complete placenta previa. I was in 2 days ago for abnomal watery discharge and the doctor says she suspects a "high leak" of amniotic fluid. No special orders since i'm already on rest for placenta previa. However, I have been experiencing an uncomfortable, highly noticable, yet not painful tightness in my lower abdomen ever since yesterday. There is no pattern, though, to these episodes. But this afternoon I am having severe dizziness on top of it all. How do I know when to call? I don't want o be extra paranoid, but I don't feel right. What are the signs of preterm labor?
