I had a miscarriage at 7 weeks gestation 2 months ago for which I had a D&C. A few days after the D&C I had really severe lower abdominal pain, though I did not have a fever or increased bleeding/discharge. My doc thought I may have had an infection and prescribed me Zithromax and hydrocodone for pain. My question is, what would your professional opinion be on the relative risk that I would now have for fallopian tube damage/blockage? Thank you for your response.
